- Space Telescope Science Institute A comprehensive website devoted to astronomy, joint venture between NASA, Johns Hopkins and others.
- Curating Your Digital Footprint by EdTechSandyK, an amazing review of the essential purposes and ideas behind an online presence. From security concerns to how to promote oneself positively from the time you enter the world of online communications, this lecture is full of solid guidance for educators of all grade and experience levels.

- Universal Design for Learning Technology Toolkit (Wiki) has ideas and websites listed by content area, type of technology and principles for design
- Differentiation Central Videos These are good for quick review or first look at some of the concepts and strategies for differentiation. Mentioned in the Education Week webinar I attended on 15 March 2012.
- Dare to Differentiate at Wikispaces is a user-contributor gathering point for information and ideas
- Judy Willis, M.D.’s series on the How the Brain Thinks at Edutopia is brilliant. A good overview of how the brain works, what kinds of experiences support learning and thinking, and what teachers can keep in mind when designing lessons.
- National Board "Five Propositions" for Teacher Evaluations provides some guidance on what to strive for as a teacher. Other tabs on this site outline the process for becoming National Board Certified which in some places provides a little more job security and even a bump on the salary scale.
